Lauren joined the Medford Team from the hospitality industry. She received her BS in Hospitality Management from San Jose State University. Lauren then cultivated a valuable range of experience in human resources, accounting, and event management while working a variety of hotel properties in Silicon Valley and on the beautiful Northern California coast. Lauren’s hospitality education and experience have taught her to anticipate clients’ needs, juggle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency, and to always be responsive to clients’ requests – a perfect combination of skills for success in the real estate industry.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She enjoys working out, being outdoors, and going on stay-cations.

Our journey to find a new home was not an easy one, but Carl Medford’s experience, patience, and advice helped us finally find the right home for us.
