Before getting into the real estate industry in 2004, Natasha previously served in
Sr. Management in the corporate and education sectors at Apollo, Inc, Bell & Howell, Charles Schwab, to name a few. Natasha graduated from California State University, Hayward in Criminal Justice, UOP with a Masters in Business Administration and subsequently continuing education at Fielding University International Coaching Federation.
Raised by southern parents from Houston, Texas, Natasha grew up in the San Jose (Cambrian) area with her two other sisters. Natasha understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in the Silicon Valley with its unmatched weather, culture and diversity. She joined the real estate profession the last sixteen years after traveling 90% on the road over multiple states and having been married to her loving husband Thomas and welcoming a son 6 1/2 years ago, Makai. She wanted to ensure the foundations she set was an exemplification of not only her talent, but also as a mother, leader and business owner what was important to her--family and serving others.
In the past 17 years, Natasha has become an esteemed top producing realtor and leader, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. A current Newark resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community and her church. They know what is needed to sell at top dollar, and don't suggest making improvements that aren't necessary, after all, Carl Medford known's the market. Staging was offered at no additional cost and Cheryl did a fabulous job. The staging crew was in and out transforming my home into a showplace. I have bought and sold a few other homes but Carl made this so effortless I didn't have to worry about a thing. During the pandemic, they follow COVID-19 GUILD LINES. Very professional!!
